Sami started his affair with the meat world in 1988 - he ran a butcher shop in Jaffa until he met his wife Marcel, and they decided to take it one step further and opened a butcher shop in Ramla in the Old City in 1997, then started setting up the meat brand Sami Butchery. Gave birth to the three sons Fares, Carlos and Elias. Here we entered the picture and began to grow and fall in love day after day with the world of meat, and with customers who became a family and made us love this world even more.
