About CrossFit Original Addicts

CrossFit is a training method invented there more than 15 years by a Californian, Greg Glassman, whose principle is based on successive concatenations of different functional exercises with high intensity and without rest previously defined.

These sequences include different exercises from several disciplines (gymnastics, weightlifting, athletics ...), mixing work to body weight and additional charges (pulls, pumps, sprint, jump, exercises with kettlebells, medicine ball, deadlift, ...) .

The initial goal of this method was to prepare the body to cope with life situations every day, vary our business activities, through the implementation of functional and multi-joint movements.

Practiced for years in the world by fire, armed forces and some top athletes.
