The Senior Citizens' Association and the Hong Kong Observatory have added new features to the e-See Find service including: providing real-time regional weather information, weather warning signals, air quality health index, UV index and "Special Weather Alert" to users. . The real-time weather information of the districts displayed by the service is derived from the Hong Kong Observatory's website. The Air Quality Health Index is derived from the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department. The information in the Zhi An Xin® service is based on the area and approximate location of the elderly. The enhanced services include:
- Weather warning signals and real-time regional weather information (based on the location of the location where the elders are located) will be displayed on the map interface of e-See Find.
- eSeeFind will issue a push notification to inform the user of the weather warning signal and "Special Weather Alert" that are in effect now to remind the user of the situation of the elderly.
- Users are free to choose whether or not to accept push notifications
- Weather warning signals and real-time regional weather information (based on the location of the location where the elders are located) will be displayed on the map interface of e-See Find.
- eSeeFind will issue a push notification to inform the user of the weather warning signal and "Special Weather Alert" that are in effect now to remind the user of the situation of the elderly.
