With MyTimePlanner you can easily manage your events, appointments, events, business appointments, game results and much more and communicate them to all authorized persons.
Registration is via your mobile number. After you have entered your mobile number, you will receive an SMS with a TAN number for verification.
The app is based on groups of people. This means that you have to either create a group yourself or have yourself admitted to a group.
Creating events and adding members to a group can only be done by the administrators of a group.
If you are an administrator of a group, you can create a new event and members of your group will see the event as soon as they have the app installed.
Why use MyTimePlanner:
- Many use chat programs to organize their appointments. However, the important points often go down in the chat history or are overlooked. MyTimePlanner fixes this issue because only administrators can send messages.
- With MyTimePlanner, all W-questions can be answered in a clear and structured manner: when? Where? Who? How many people? etc.
- Who takes part in an appointment? Once the group is created, this question can easily be answered for all future appointments with the "Promise / Cancel" feature. It is sufficient to create the respective appointment and send a short message to the group.
- An appointment is repeated regularly? No problem with the "repeat" function, recurring events can be created.
- For you personally important dates can be quickly and easily entered into the calendar of your mobile phone.
