I see y'all are commenting & removing reviews so I'll rewrite this to say YES I already have the school district app downloaded as well I can functionally use this app only through the web browser to communicate with the teacher so you actually can use it as a not teacher not sure how y'all can just remove reviews like that when teachers are clearly directing parents to use & communicate through this app I am keeping screenshots & all correspondences with this app teacher & I troubleshoot often

the program is required, so we use it but the app is still broken and the website is clunky verging on broken. After 2 yeaes of using thrillshare, would NOT recommend to any school districts or parents. Edit: This is the app the school provided through a QR link, supposedly from the developer who the state purchased the service through. If the link is incorrect, I only wish I could give this app 0 stars instead as the developers seem to have missed the customer quality checks.

can't even get past selecting my language before it crashes

It works somewhat. I was hoping it would be better than the Remind app, but it's not. I have trouble sending messages, and then when it fails to send it won't let me delete it. I select the message and click DELETE and nothing happens. Also, why are push notifications not an option for an app? I don't know when a parent has responded!! Also, I tried to set my "office hours" and it won't let you scroll down far enough to change it. This app is in desperate need of an UPDATE, PLEASE!!!!
