About Ballet Workouts at home

Say hello to the first classical ballet online academy. This app brings you full ballet lessons and tutorials for beginners. Get ready to practice at home at your own pace. Also, we have some advanced-level classes for experimented ballerinas.

On this app, you can find that perfect Ballet workout to practice at home, and ballet choreography to dance like a professional ballet dancer!

This course offers you the best in class in the two most popular ballet concepts; Classical Ballet (a traditional style of ballet that stresses the academic technique developed through the centuries of the existence of ballet), and Modern Ballet (a type of ballet from the twentieth century. To this day, modern ballet looks to re-invent itself and reach out in an ever-increasing facet of creation and movement).

If you are ready to create a routine for yourself, you will learn the most famous ballet positions:

- Turn-out - The dancer turns his or her feet and legs out from the hip joints to a 90-degree position.

- Croisé - A dancer stands with legs crossed at an angle to the audience. The disengaged leg may be crossed in the front or in the back.

- Arabesque - a position on one leg with the other leg raised behind the body and extended in a straight line.

- Attitude - A variation on the arabesque. The extended leg is raised behind the body but bent at the knee at an angle of 90 degrees.

Take it to the next level with ballet lessons at home, not only you will have the best ballet class and tutorials on your phone but also you will enjoy how to dance like a pro.

Routines you will find within this app include the Ultimate Ballet Workout with exercises such as V-ups, Single leg side hip raises L, or Swimmers. Also, you will find Bridges plus leg lifts L, Single leg jackknife, or Plank back leg raises L and much more. Other exercises commonly used and performed in ballet are also easy to find, just think of Bridges plus leg lifts R, Plank back leg raises R, Single leg side hip raises R, anything in relation to your favourite routines even the Russian twist, and the Bicycle crunch.

We truly believe you will enjoy ballet lessons for beginners at home, if you do so, please share your thoughts and tell us what you think by sharing with friends and rating us.
