It is used to connect via VPN (secure connection) with the engine database.

The following credentials are mandatory (VPN and MCTC):

- VPN those that are used in the Cisco VPN program on Windows Computers.

For Municipalities (Local Police) username starts like this: COM.xxxxxxxxxxxx.
For the Carabinieri, the State Police and other Police Forces, the VPN credentials are not provided. Therefore it is necessary to try to request them from the CED Interforze of the Ministry.
