The CHB Compras Application is intended for users who authorize quotes and orders from CHB WEB. This application was developed for internal use by partners who use the CHB system.
When opening the app, it connects to the server of the respective company, from the user's login data, opens the menus to the user
The initial screen shows the options that the user can use, being Quotes and Orders.
Quotes:
Within the quotation, when selecting the "Authorization" button, the screen is loaded that shows users a list of quotations that are pending authorization for the generation of purchase orders, at this moment the user can select one or more products at the same time and click on the button authorize this quote will be passed to the next step.
When clicking on any field of these requests, the system opens the quotation to be authorized, in which case it will load the products that are linked in the quotation with the value that is closed for the purchase.
Within this list, the user can click on the product code and consequently will open information about this product such as suppliers, values, payment term.
By clicking and holding on the supplier code, it is possible to change the supplier of the quotation product, as long as it has entered values and is valid.
By clicking and holding on the payment condition, it is possible to change it as long as a new valid condition is selected.
If the user chooses the option to deauthorize, the system will load the quotations that are authorized, and the user will be able to return them to the quoted status.
Filters: it is possible to filter the quote list if necessary by clicking on the button.
Requests
When selecting the “authorization” button, the app will list the requests that it finds with the possibility of authorization, the user can click and hold one or more requests and authorize at this time.
It is also possible to click on the order and view the content of the order, including the products that comprise it, prices and related information.
The user can click on the cost center and the app will show a total in value of each total cost center of the order.
By selecting the “deauthorize” button, the app will list the requests that are authorized, so that the user can deauthorize if necessary.
Filters: it is possible to filter the quote list if necessary by clicking on the button.
