The App doesn't work, it doesn't recognize devices in the home

Not working after new,updated. Password reset not working. Unfriendly app .,offline every time.

I am experiencing lots of issues with the new interface and new upgrades. Still not stable and it keeps resetting itself everyday. I just wonder why they release this new interface and upgrade with lots of bugs and issues.. As a quality management, should be tested inhouse and checked prior to release

Tome out issues, I had to log in and out many times to get connected, old app worked better, why releasing it while still not stable

Why there is no notification if the application is offline. I mean I have every day to check if the app is online or offline. If it is offline it is not mention if it is due to credit top up problem or network connection problems….
