The catalog is organized into 2 sections: consumables and stationery.
In the consumables section we find toners, developers, laser and ink-jet cartridges, ribbons, and spare parts for printers and copiers, both original and compatible and remanufactured.
In the office products section the range includes office machines, writing, notebooks and notebooks, classification, stationery.
The catalog allows you to search according to the compatibility of the product for the relative printer / copier / multifunction, in a simple and guided way.
In the product sheets, in addition to the name and photo of the product, we find information relating to the compatibility of the products by original brands, models and codes of the manufacturer (oem).
A feature is provided for scanning the product barcode which allows the immediate identification of the product in the catalog.
The app is especially intended for customers of retailers who by activating an additional service have advanced features such as:
• Visibility of the catalog with prices reserved for them and order management.
• Ability to create and read QR codes corresponding to machines (printers / copiers) installed, through labels printed and applied to printers by the dealer.
The scan of the QR code acquires information regarding the article codes of the products associated with the printer, the customer and the printer itself, in order to allow the operator a quick selection of the products related to that machine to make the order.
• Creation of secondary user profiles through which the app can be used and configured in a restricted way by the staff within the company, and who will be able to report product requests which will then be validated and effectively ordered by the Administrator.
