The Vanges application allows technicians to:
- View your daily intervention plan;
- Complete the intervention report and, if necessary, add colleagues on an intervention;
- View prompt requests and take them in charge;
- Complete the list of daily activities both with internal works and with work on the interventions;
- Receive a notification whenever an intervention of its own competence or a request for emergency intervention is entered
