APS

It is a Socio-Health application, based on Form 01 of Primary Health Care, of the Province of Salta. Its use is free and is intended for authorized Public Health personnel.

It allows the Health Agent to collect the data of all the activities carried out in each home visit. It describes the health, economic, educational, psychosocial and housing conditions in which the families find themselves, which allow evaluating the risk criteria.
