Auto&Link Vehicle Control is a service application for corporations that operate corporate vehicles.
This service automatically records and manages driving time and distance,
In accordance with the tax reform related to corporate vehicles, records are provided in the form submitted to the IRS.
1. Management of clients and members
- After registering the corporate vehicle of the customer and the customer, the employee of the customer installs and subscribes to use the application
2. Vehicle beacon connection- Service-only beacon installation in the customer's corporate vehicle
- When a member has a smartphone with the application installed and approaches the vehicle, the beacon is automatically checked
- Automatic connection with beacon without running the App (Bluetooth on, first connection required)
3. Start/End of driving record - Automatically starts driving record when vehicle operation is detected - Manages driving time, driving distance, driving purpose, driver information and vehicle information
- Save driving record data when engine is turned off after completion of driving
4. Download driving record
- Download driving records for each vehicle in the program provided to the customer manager in the form submitted to the National Tax Service
* Auto&Link Vehicle Control is a service exclusively for registered customers and members.
* Auto&Link vehicle control requires a beacon to be installed in the vehicle for normal service.
* Auto&Link vehicle control authenticates the user through the smartphone's Bluetooth function, so please get in the vehicle with the smartphone's Bluetooth turned on.
* Auto & Link vehicle control works automatically only after manual connection is made for the first time.
