2. Reservation in the room: Request your medications in advance so that they are ready when you arrive at the pharmacy (Applies only to: Bogotá City and Pereira - EPS Compensar and Salud Total users)

3. Address requests: Receive your medications at home.
* No cost for vulnerable population (Covid Risk)
* With an address cost of 6,500 for EPS Compensar users in Bogotá.

4. Status of requests: You can track the progress of your address request or room reservation.

5. Chat: To solve your doubts with a virtual assistant or an agent.

6. Others:
* Check the network of pharmacies available in your city for the EPS to which you belong.
* Products not delivered at the pharmacy: Track the medications that were pending for delivery.
* Contact us: We are interested in knowing your opinion. Through this channel you can file PQR's.
