Located in the municipality of Patos de Minas, the warehouse of AUMA Café, which is part of Auma Negócios - a Brazilian holding company that seeks to contribute to the sustainable transformation of land resources and promote the inclusion of highly competitive businesses; it is the first warehouse that starts using 4.0 technology because it believes that access to information by the producer is extremely important to build a relationship of trust and a lasting partnership.
Through an application, the client has access, in real time, to his stored coffee, following all the steps through cameras installed in the warehouse, which offer total control to the producer and guarantee security, transparency and proximity in the provision of services.
Through network data (cloud) it is possible for the customer to monitor the quantity of bags stored, lots, classification report and financial information. The technology offered places the coffee grower inside the warehouse, viewing his coffee, from wherever he is, at any time, through the application.
The aim of AUMA Café with technology 4.0 is to transfer all the care that the coffee grower has with his coffee in the field to the warehouse. The application, and all the benefits contained therein, is a way for the warehouse to commit to the continuity of this care, valuing that all its attributes are maintained and establishing a partnership focused on the quality of services and a close and transparent relationship.
One of the factors that leads AUMA Café to offer this possibility, since it believes it is essential for the customer, is the fact that in its warehouse the identity the maintenance of the quality of the beans are preserved, not mixing batches and valuing traceability.
With a modern and wide structure, with capacity for 480 thousand bags, the humidity and temperature control are essential to guarantee the coffee standard from the beginning to the end of the processes in the warehouse. Thus, all batches that arrive, go through a rigorous process of classification and tasting by Q-Graders, with the main aim of contributing to the producer in his decision making and preparing coffee to conquer the best markets.
The goal is to share with the customer every step of the coffee inside the warehouse and offer the peace of mind that the beans are being properly cared for.
