Turni is a mobile application that allows users to browse participating banks, car dealerships, public offices, hospitals, clinics, telecom companies, public service providers...etc to reserve an appointment or see the status of the queue at each branch and book a ticket and receive a ticket number with integration with the installed queuing system.
The user then gets notifications about the progress of the queue and when it is time for their ticket to be served, Turni notifies the user with the window number to proceed to. Turni users do not need to take a ticket from the branch as the ticket on Turni application is sufficient to get served.
