Herodotus (485-421 / 415 BC) was an ancient Greek traveler, geographer and historian of the 5th century BC. He wrote about the Persian Wars (between Greeks and Persians) and descriptions of different places and people he encountered in his travels. Herodotus featured Father of History. His work is also alleged n 'dealt with geology, botany, chemistry and medicine. In particularly mentions the Stovaios.
