Chiappinelli Cristina was born in Cosenza (Italy) in 1986. After high school, obtained in Siena, he enrolled at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence where he earned with honors diploma's degree in Visual Arts and Performing Arts Disciplines address with Graphic Art. Later at the same institute follows, with honors, a diploma level II (MA Degree) in Visual Arts and Multimedia Languages in which deepened his studies on the graphics, embossing and drawing.
In 2011 she was selected for the Master "Ars in Fabula" - Illustration for Publishing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata in which cooperates with the publisher Topipittori of Milan. On this occasion he was able to attend classes with world-renowned illustrators such as Roberto Innocenti, Fabian Negrin, Pablo Auladell and Javier Zabala.
He has exhibited his works (mostly linoleum cuts) in several group exhibitions and two solo.
Literature is one of his biggest source of inspiration for some work was inspired by texts such as The Adventures of Pinocchio, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, The Thousand and One Nights, Around the World in 80 Days and The Master and Margarita .
