Associates can now message directly with customers through the app, through an official AutoNation phone number, as well as manage customer information such as Repair Orders & contact information.
The app also allows our technicians to upload pictures and videos from their multi point inspections, directly to Repair Orders, allowing Service Associates to send Additional Service Recommendations to customers complete with media and descriptions.
