Maptastes shows a map of restaurants and food stalls in Taiwan. Clicking on a marker on the map displays an overlay that gives more information about the location. Swiping the overlay up displays pictures of the dishes and a YouTube video showing the Maptastes team reviewing the food.
Clicking the Explore button in the top right corner of the map, shows a scrollable list of dishes. Click on a dish of your interest to see the corresponding restaurant.
Clicking the green "Go" button in the top right corner of a restaurant's picture automatically brings you to the Google Maps navigation system, which provides driving or transit directions to the restaurant. The navigation system will work only while you are in Taiwan, otherwise a route to the destination will not be found.
In the future, more locations will be added to the map without a need to update the app.
