The new geo-localized VMS App for installers is a fundamental tool for organizing technical interventions relating to alarm systems and video recorders installed in the field.
The app is permanently connected with the VMS centralizer installed on site. The centralizer supports numerous devices and various brands and models of anti-intrusion control units (AVS, BENTEL, BOSCH, INIM, KSENIA, SATEL, TECNOALARM, UTC) and video recorders (Aylook, HIKVISION, DAHUA, PROVISION, TVT).
Every single anomaly found by the VMS, in turn connected with the individual security devices installed by end customers, will be instantly reported to the app via push notifications.
Through geolocation, the technician who will receive the fault report can decide how to organize the interventions by optimizing travel times.
Through the new VMS App, the installer will be aware of any problems before the end customer and can therefore offer a fast and timely technical maintenance service.
The app allows:
- receipt of technical alarms via push notifications;
- interrogation of the VMS centralizer to be always updated on the status of the systems installed in the field;
- the geolocation of the sites to be maintained;
- the loading of documents and diagrams that will help the technician during maintenance work;
- viewing the cameras;
- control of the alarm center;
The app is compatible with VMS from version 8.
