this is pure scam. they will get your money, afterawile block your access to your account. you'll send them email, they will tell you they are working on the fix, and then your account with your monwy is gone

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I don't normally leave reviews but this company BLOWS. You try and redeem for physical gold and they give you the run around. Handing your email off to another person every reply. Assuring you that's it's top priority and then you don't hear from them unless you send them another email. Now I cannot login to my account. Reporting to BBB. SCAM. DO NOT BUY
