tickets not showing up.

Impossible to open tickets. Just ordered a tour of the NYC stadium, but instead of getting your ticket emailed, you need to install the app, sign in, confirm with email, confirm with phone again, then verify your email, refresh, log out the app, and then it still doesn't show your tickets. Luckily I ordered via Ticketmaster and I've got the tickets there, otherwise you're stressed before you even arrive at the stadium (assuming they let you in when you can't show the ticket on their MLB App).
