With the Columbia App, take Banco Columbia on your cell phone, because you can make queries and operations simply and quickly, wherever you are.
Columbia App is intended for Banco Columbia customers only and is available in Spanish only.
With Columbia App you can access the following sections:
- Columbia Online: by entering your username and password you will be able to enter Columbia Online and access your Credit Card and Account summaries, view your credit card balances, maturities and availability, check the status of your personal loans, as well as also update your contact information and join the e-Summary.
- Apply for a Loan Online: App Columbia allows you to send us your request for a Personal Loan to be evaluated and then be contacted by one of our Customer Service Managers.
- Adhesion to e-Summary: from the main menu you will have a direct access to be able to join the e-Summary service that will allow you to receive all your Credit Card and / or Account summaries directly in your email and always on time. To join you will need to have your Columbia Online username and password.
- Branches: to search for the Banco Columbia branches closest to your location or according to a selected area. Remember to turn on the GPS of your phone for this option to work properly.
- Home Banking: gives you direct access to Banco Columbia Home Banking where you can check your account balance, make transfers, pay services, etc. To enter Columbia Home Banking you must do so with your Home Banking username and password that you have previously managed (other than the Columbia Online username and password).
- Contact: to search and call the most useful telephones in one click or send us a message using an online contact form.
