Maximum daily transaction limit:
The daily limit to execute monetary transactions in internet banking (in Fienet and Fie Mobile) is Bs. 20,000 or its equivalent in dollars, this amount can be modified at the time of your affiliation or later in any Agency.

- Old customers: If you are affiliated and use Fienet, you can access the Mobile Banking channel, through the following steps:
• Download the Fie Mobile application
• Accept the terms and conditions in the application
- New customers: If you are not affiliated with Fienet and want to access the electronic channels of Banco FIE (Fienet and / or Fie Mobile), follow these steps:
• Request your affiliation to Electronic Banking in any FIE Bank Agency nationwide, we will register your device and your email so you can access and carry out your transactions on Fienet and / or Fie Mobile.
• Download the Fie Mobile application
• Accept the terms and conditions in the application

- Old customers:
• Login with your username and password used to enter Fienet
