San Juan PayCheck is an application that primarily aims to provide the possibility of using a simple, transparent, agile and safe handling and collection of its securities (checks), avoiding having to physically attend the branches of Bank operations. The application uses
superior encryption technology and security:

§ The credentials of Internet banking are not stored on your mobile device.
§ The check images are not stored on your mobile device.
§ It is accessed with the same username and password provided by the Bank.
§ 256 bytes encryption protects your confidential information.
§ For safety, always remember to log out completely when you finish using the mobile application.

When my deposit made by Mobile Banking is available?
The funds are available according to the following scheme (unless for some reason has not been able to realize the operation).
 Deposits made before 15 pm is disponibiliza at 48 pm (all banks)
 Deposits made after 15 pm is disponibiliza at 72 pm (all banks)
 Deposits made in non-working days disponibilizan funds to 48 business hours to the date of the deposit.

What should I do with my paper check after performing an operation for Mobile Banking?
After processing your check Mobile Banking, follow these guidelines:
 Write on the front and back of your check: Electronically Presented to the collection.
 Keep your check safely and within 5 days after digital sending to the Bank must take them to the Branch which usually operates.
 In the case of not receiving checks processed by the application will proceed to make a debit on your account for the full amount of the checks sent and not delivered to the Bank.
