GranoScan is a rapid diagnosis and support tool for any request for intervention by an expert. With its alert system and the risk models of fungal diseases, it allows you to always be informed about the risk of plant diseases in your cultivation area.
GranoScan recognizes and identifies on photos the possible presence of over 40 species of pests, 26 insects and 23 diseases. Identifying the problem allows you to choose the most effective and sustainable solution.
GranoScan is constantly evolving and is based on self-learning techniques: as the number of photos and users who use it increases, its accuracy will improve and it will be possible to increase the number of identifiable problems.
Accuracy of recognition may vary based on lighting conditions and the distance the photo was taken from the problem encountered. It is advisable to take proximity photos preferring the presence of a single plant.
All awards are always available and can be consulted in the results session.
In the alert session you will find information on the problems encountered in the wheat fields adjacent to yours. The number of alerts you wish to receive can be selected from a convenient menu.
In the risk session, on the other hand, information relating to the current fungal disease risk situation can be consulted with daily updates. The information is derived from mathematical models to support the defense. The models are based on sowing date representative of their range, a cultivar with medium susceptibility and ERA5 weather data.
GranoScan also works without network coverage allowing you to take up to a maximum of 5 photos in offline mode. Synchronization occurs automatically as soon as your device comes back online.
A free tool to defend productivity and environmental sustainability.
