If you have rooted, s-off device then you can convert this application to a system application using Titanium Backup Pro, adb tool or other method.
If you convert this add-on to a system application then the following toggles will work directly:

- apn toggle
- apn selector toggle
- background data toggle
- data roaming toggle
- gps toggle
- locale toggle
- mobile data toggle
- nfc toggle
- usb debugging toggle
- usb tethering toggle for ICS

I have no clue what this app does except take up space. I've seen no difference in anything to do with elixer 2 since I installed this.
