it keeps saying error occurred and I click see more and it says can't find remote timer

I wish i could play this but every time I install this there is a message when I go onto the app that says "network error, please try again" and then it kicks me off the app, and if I press the "see details" button, it says "could not find remote timer", im not sure what its about but I think they might need to get that fixed.
