Talian Darussalam 123 is a 24 by 7 national call centre for non-emergency services provided by Brunei Government.
Features:
1. Citizens can register providing phone number, email and location.
2. Profile sections , user can edit all information including profile pic, first name, last name and location. Phone number and email are non editable.
3. In home screen citizen can view all the interactions with location on the map. It contains interaction created by the user and the Master Interaction if any which user interaction is a part of it.
4. Interaction screen shows all the interaction with created date and status to keep the citizen well informed.
5. In intearction details screen user can view the details of that interaction and they can interact by choosing followup.
6. Citizen can create interaction either complaint or inquiry by submitting the details like government department, location and can attach files for the same.
7.It also equips you to track the history and latest status of your complaint and queries.
8. Interaction updates user can get through the push notification.
9. Users can select chat and they can interact with live agents also to share the problem or to create the interactions.
10. User can call the support number and contact through email and to express their views.
Additionally citizen can register using E-Darussalam account to log in.
The main purpose of the application is to run citizen life smoothly and provide support in all the non emergency problem faced in day to day life.
