TEJ ERP is a robust enterprise resource planning (ERP) mobile application tailored for Balaji Exteriors. It is designed to simplify and digitize daily business operations for employees, field engineers, and managers. The app includes end-to-end modules to handle essential workflows such as attendance tracking, purchase requisition (PRN), daily reporting, goods receipt (GRN), advance requests, and more.

Key Functionalities:

1. User Authentication and Role-Based Access

Users can securely log in using their unique credentials.

Sessions are maintained using secure tokens to keep users authenticated.

Role-based access control is implemented to allow specific features based on user roles such as admin, manager, or field staff.

User information is stored and fetched dynamically based on login data.

Logout and session expiration mechanisms ensure security.

2. Profile Management

Users can view and update their profile details.

Profile picture support is included for identification.

Relevant user data is fetched and updated in real time from the backend server.

Profile data is used for personalization across modules like reporting and attendance.

3. Attendance Management

Employees can mark attendance with a single tap.

Real-time GPS location is captured during attendance marking for validation.

Historical data of attendance is available for daily, weekly, and monthly periods.

Admin can track team presence at various project sites.

Time stamps and geolocation help maintain accuracy and prevent fraud.

4. Purchase Requisition (PRN) Module

Employees can create detailed PRN requests with item name, quantity, and remarks.

PRNs are categorized by project and linked with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for faster entry.

Submitted PRNs can be tracked in real time, including pending, approved, or rejected statuses.

The app supports approval workflow by designated approvers.

Filter and sort PRNs by project, date, and status for better visibility.

5. Daily Reporting Module

Staff can submit daily reports from project sites including notes, descriptions, and tasks performed.

Image attachments from camera or gallery are supported for visual proof.

Reports are timestamped and tagged to specific projects and dates.

Managers can review progress and provide feedback directly from the app.

Previously submitted reports are listed in chronological order.

6. Advance Management System

Users can raise advance requests for material procurement or project expenses.

Each request includes amount, reason, and project details.

7. Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Management

8. Location Tracking and Validation

9. Media Upload and Attachments

Capture and upload images directly from camera or choose from the gallery.
