With the Beconnected-IJsselstein App you stay informed of the status of our platforms. If there is a malfunction, you will receive a push notification. You can then see the status of the fault in the app. Example: you have a KPN internet connection and our support has noticed that KPN has a disruption in the Utrecht area. You will then receive a push notification from us. When you open the app for the first time you must enter your e-mail address. We can then recognize you as a customer and send relevant push notifications. This prevents you from being notified of a failure of a service that you are not using.
