We share complete trip information to our drivers ( pickup and drop location, trip distance and time ) and allow the driver partners to set their own price for the trip.
Once customer accepts the driver's bid, the driver has to complete the trip without cancellation and should provide a premium service to the customer.
In case a customer cancels the ride, the cancellation charges applied are given to the driver partner.
Apart from these benefits, we also have a dedicated customer support to assist the partners anytime.
Payments to drivers are done on a daily basis.

Beku Driver App collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use (only when driver is 'On Duty'), and helps driver find trips close to their location, bid for duties and accept trips.
