MyDetails, Version 0.1, allows you to record a few personal contact details that are then used to create a unique QR code, just for you.
You can then simply ‘show’ this QR code to other phones, directly or over a video call, and your contact details are transferred.
No more having to spell your name or recite your phone number and e-mail address every time you meet someone new or interact with a new organization.
You can use the ‘Share The App’ button to either ‘show’ your new friend an additional QR code that will automatically download MyDetails to their phone, or you can ‘Share The App’ in the normal ways via WhatsApp, SMS etc.
The ‘Feedback’ button allows you to send us feedback by mail or rating, or even ‘Buy Us A Coffee’ if you would like.
In future versions we intend to allow sharing over NFC (Near Field Communication) between phones and to static readers at hotel check-ins, conference events etc.
