I want an apology. I have a Salon Pro +10000. This was gonna be my 2nd usage and I decided to go with the app. With the skin protector level, for my face, the device recommended lv 2 however the app recommended levels were between 4-6. I ended up going with lv 4 for my mustache area. I ended up with severe red vision for the following 6 hours and it's 24+ hours past the operation and my left eye still severely hurts. I ended up reading the manual again. It says to not use it on face above lv 3.
