This is an online personal training/coaching app that links you to your very own expert personal trainer/coach. You will have ongoing direct communication with your personal trainer/coach. A customized program will be designed specifically to meet your individual needs. An initial live Skype consultation and assessment with your trainer to best determine your individual goals and needs is also offered. Along with your program, you will also receive nutritional guidance, motivation, accountability, and ongoing coaching throughout your wellness journey!
