About Active30

Active30 is a system centered around physical fitness, mental toughness & habit development.

Each custom fitness program incorporates movements that will enhance a player's mobility, stability, core strength, all-around strength, as well as explosiveness & power. Nutritionally speaking, we teach players the value of hitting specific caloric & macronutrient targets to improve energy, physical & mental focus, as well as body composition/aesthetics. Lastly, we want players to build awareness for how to optimally recover during tournament rounds & in between events, be it through better sleep habits, nutrition & hydration habits, or active rest.

The mental side of Active30 is all about a player's self awareness, focus, self talk, and the daily conditioning of the right types of messages. Essentially:
- What are we telling ourselves on a consistent basis?
- What types of information (and from what sources) are we consuming at a high volume?
- What do we truly believe about ourselves?
- What are we willing to change in order to achieve what we most want?

The mental aspect of golf- of athletics in general- is just like training & conditioning your golf skills or your body to perform at a higher level- we need to put in the consistent reps. Whether it be daily personal development reading, listening to the right types of podcasts, active writing & visualization, meditation, or simply coaching ourselves to be more mindful about our internal messaging system- we communicate daily on the Active30 Team about how to best shape our "process" until we transform our dialogue & belief systems to achieve better results.

The third pillar of Active30- habit development- brings everything together, as it ultimately comes down to the things that we actually do each & every day. Whether this means intentionally practicing a particular golf skill, crushing a workout, hitting your nutrition targets, implementing the Active30 Worksheet each morning, or even just getting to bed at a decent hour in a cool, dark room (with a high Whoop recovery!), our habits either make us better, or they work against our identity transformation. Sooner or later, you are the product of your habits.

Active30 is all about consistently executing a game plan for our body, mind & habits that empowers us to be the best version of ourselves. When we learn to see adversity as an opportunity for growth & transform our identity into someone who accomplishes the massive goals we set for ourselves, there's nothing that can stop us- that's what this Team is all about!
