Survey Saathi

The Survey Saathi is designed to facilitate the collection and monitoring of data on equipment availability and operational status at the block level.
The users can login in with their provided credentials and perform survey on their designated locations.
They are authorized to click images of the Equipments installed at each location and answer follow up questions. They also have options to preview their response before final submission.
