I Recruit Application is an end to end solution for Bharti AXA Life Sales Supervisors (ABM) to hire sales advisors. ABMs will be able to create Prospect leads followed by schedule Appointments, Business Opportunity presentations etc. Application has provisions for Branch Manager’s approval of prospect leads for onboarding processing. Application also has provision for mapping training and track the status of the training progress and completion.
