Almost every adult has a smartphone, and the development of a mobile application will become a powerful innovative and timely tool for increasing the recognition of the main library of the republic in the information space.
The placement of the Validi Library mobile application in Google Play and App Store services on smartphones will ensure the availability of services and remote services of the National Library for all categories of citizens throughout the country, contributing to the expansion of the potential readership, effective and efficient interaction with library users.
Containing a simple functionality, a client-oriented menu, a user's personal account, a mobile application will provide users with access to library services anywhere at any time.
The library should meet modern standards and look for innovative ways to provide services in accordance with changes in the cultural model of behavior of a new generation of users, as well as provide access to literature for socially vulnerable segments of the population and citizens from remote corners of the republic and other constituent entities of the Russian Federation, for whom face-to-face visits library is difficult or impossible for various reasons - territorial remoteness, financial costs of transfer, lack of mobility, etc.
