It may be accessed over the internet, allowing end-users and water consumers/customers to connect and conduct transactions and become more efficient in their everyday chores, whether at work or home. The unit's head may examine the overall status of daily transactions. It is an application that promotes efficiency and ease of doing business between the TIRWSA water system, the service provider and clients, and the end-user.
