Votion

VOTION is an application that helps organizations (companies, associations, etc.) to know and serve "stakeholders" (clients, employees, etc.) better and according to their expectations. VOTION offers organizations the opportunity to know in real time the "stakeholders" impressions of the services / products offered by answering questions and by elaborate feedback. Through Votion:

organizations:

• Address "stakeholders" questions about the services / products offered. Votion covers unique answer questions, multiple response and ordered response;
• Intelligently markets the services / products offered, educating "stakeholders" in the camp with their characteristics;
• Receive feedback from "stakeholders"; feedback can be accompanied by photos.
• Can send specific notifications to stakeholders about topics of interest to the organization.

** Access to an organization's community can be password protected to limit interaction with its members only.

users:

• It is registered in the application with minimum demographic elements: country, sex, age.
• Affiliates to communities of organizations that use Votion or open communities. Affiliation is done through a QR code provided by the organization. The QR code reader is found on the Home page.
• I answer the questions asked by the organization and thus accumulate credits within the organization community and position itself in a general ranking compared to other users.
• The result of user voting is displayed immediately, but only after voting.
• Can send feedback to organizations to which they are affiliated; feedback can be accompanied by photos.
