Neurosense connects early sensory data in the brain and machine learning in digital devices by replicating the brain’s sensory system. The app uses images and audio clips to create neural receptive fields, which represent the electrochemical spikes that neurons use to analyze information. Anyone, from a computational neuroscience researcher, to any interested member of the general public, can see their own computationally modeled neural receptive fields using Neurosense.
