BLMResidencial Clubs is an integrated club administration and access control platform, all under a single platform, giving administrators the ability to manage all club information and shareholders/members to have access to it, as well as control the people who access the club, both shareholders, employees or suppliers, keeping the club much safer.

The members' version of BLMResidencial Clubs allows the following functionalities:

- Generation of invitations using QR
- Management of access to suppliers to the action
- Management of the shareholder's employees
- Package reception management
- Check the account status of the action
- Payment of receipts by bank card
- Management of reservations for amenities and/or common areas
- Management of trouble tickets in the club
- Consult the documents sent by the club administrator
