ECAP II Case Management System is an application installable on an android tablet for enrolling vulnerable children and adolescents into the USAID Empowered Children and Adolescents Program (ECAP) II. ECAP II Case Management application was developed to be used by Facility and Community Case Workers tasked with a responsibility to identify vulnerable children and adolescents in communities to be enrolled into ECAP II. This application provides instructions on how to use the ECAP II Case Management System.
The ECAP II application comprises of the following features
Index VCA screening - Used to determine if the VCA is eligible to be enrolled into the program
Household screening and Enrollment - For screening and enrolling the beneficiaries
Female Sex Worker - Capturing female sex workers.
Vulnerability assessment - For assessing Vulnerabilities for household and VCAs
Case plan - Recording case plans for the households and VCAs
Service report - Generating service reports
Referral - For recording referrals
Follow-up assessment- Household visitation, HIV risk assessment and Graduation assessment.
