This app is used to review the performance of a teacher by HOD/HOS. It consists of two part Learning walk and Lesson observation
Learning Walk
The Academic department heads walk through the class room and observe (part observation/Whole) the teachers and mark against the predefined indicators and includes the strength, area of improvements. This details will be used for the teachers evaluation.
Lesson Observation
The academic departments head observe (Whole/Part) the teacher's lesson and mark against the lesson observation Criteria / rubrics, Including a summary, www(What Went Well),EBI(Even Better if).
