BAUMEISTER-HAUS®- A strong community based on a regional principle
Each of our partners is an independent company, has many years of unique knowledge and is firmly rooted in its region. 50 companies in Germany and Austria cooperate in the oldest association of medium-sized construction companies in German-speaking countries. For us, out of conviction, this also includes our regional principle. This is because we guarantee that we do not operate remotely from "somewhere", but are so close to you that we are at your side at all times for your house building project and are familiar with the individual regional advantages and peculiarities.
In order to be able to assign you the right partner directly, we have also adopted the regional principle for our app. By entering your postcode, you will be assigned your partner immediately. In the event that no BAUMEISTER-HAUS partner is represented in your region or that the app has not (yet) been activated, you will be redirected to the relevant website.
With the BAUMEISTER-HAUS app, you can find out more about your building project and get in touch with your contact person. Exclusive real estate offers are also displayed for registered users. As an app user, you communicate directly with your contact person on a secure channel. You track and share your construction progress and can report and track quality issues after acceptance.
The following functions are available:
Regional assignment: After installing the app, the start page appears with the request to enter the postcode of the construction project. By entering and confirming the postcode, the app version of the respective BAUMEISTER-HAUS partner is loaded.
Use without registration: The app can also be used without registration, but the functions are then only available to a limited extent.
Use with registration: A prospective customer / customer can register with a valid email address and their first / last name. The user is then automatically created in the database. Extended functions are available for registered users.
The following functions are available without registration:
Contact person: The contact details of the company / contact persons are stored in this area.
Information: Information about building a house is stored here.
A checklist can be called up to prepare for an initial interview. This can be completed by the user and sent directly to the BAUMEISTER-HAUS partner with their contact details.
Games: This area contains a memory game.
The following functions are available to the customer upon registration:
Contact person: In addition to the contact details, a messenger is activated here. The relevant contact person can be contacted by the customer using the messenger. Employees also have the option of contacting customers via the messenger. New messages are displayed as push messages on the customer's smartphone, provided the push messages are activated.
Real estate offers: In this area, current offers of land, real estate and construction projects are displayed exclusively.
Steps to the dream house: functions unchanged for use without registration
Personal construction diary - milestones: The construction progress should be documented in this area. A timeline with individual milestones is displayed. The customer can add their own milestones via the app interface and accordingly add a date, status, notes, set reminders and upload photos.
Quality management: Here the user can report defects, upload photos and send them to the BAUMEISTER-HAUS partner. The current status can be viewed by the customer in the app. This area is activated individually.
