What auctions are held on the B.O.E. Portal?

What is the Office of Asset Recovery and Management (ORGA)?
It is a body of the General State Administration and auxiliary to the Administration of Justice which, among other functions, corresponds to the sale of goods, effects, profits and instruments from criminal activities committed within the framework of a criminal organization, as well as the rest of the criminal activities of the scope of the extended confiscation, when this has been judicially agreed.
To do this, the Office of Asset Recovery and Management of the Ministry of Justice holds electronic auctions on the B.O.E. Portal. of Auctions of the State Agency of the Official State Gazette, of seized, seized and confiscated assets in the framework of criminal judicial proceedings.
How is a bid made?
To place a bid, the user must enter the system using their credentials (electronic certificate or identifier and password).
You will locate the auction you want to bid on and go to the "Bids" tab. If the auction has several separate award lots, you will select the lot. If the user has already made the corresponding deposit (or is exempt from making a deposit), the system will offer them the possibility of bidding. If not, it will indicate that you have to make a deposit.
If the Managing Authority of the auction has NOT established the amount of the minimum bid and the ranges allowed for the bid values, the system will allow you to bid for any value. Otherwise, the system will offer you a drop-down list with the first 100 possible bids. If the bidder wishes to place a higher bid than the ones proposed in the drop-down, they must select the "Next rank" button to obtain in the drop-down the amounts of the next 100 possible bids.
You can repeat this operation as many times as you need until the desired amount for your bid is displayed in the drop-down list. When the bidder advances in the bidding ranges, the B.O.E. It will also allow you to go back to previous ranges by enabling the "Previous Range" selectable button.
When the bid is sent, as an additional security measure, the BOE Portal will send an SMS or an email to the bidder with a code to verify the bid.
In addition, if the bidder is placing his first bid in an auction, the system will ask him to indicate whether he is acting on his behalf, on a community basis or on behalf of third parties and if he wishes to reserve his best bid until the final award is made or no.
In the event of acting on a community basis or on behalf of third parties, the user will have to provide the documentation that proves it in case of being the winner of the auction.
The Portal of the B.O.E. will accept bids for an amount equal to or less than the highest one already made for the purpose of reserving them in the event of failure to consign the rest of the acquisition price by the winner. These bids can only be made with reservation of position.
For each bid made and confirmed, the bidder will receive by mail a document certifying their bid. Confirmed bids cannot be withdrawn.
