Having problems with this app. Booked and paid for an apartment in Douala Cameroon . I received the booking confirmation and had a chat with the host a month ago . I'm still to receive the precise location of the property and since then the host doesn't pick my calls nor reply to my messages. I had tried to contact the Bongalo team but they don't reply to my messages and calls. I'm requesting Google play store to verify the developers of this app and a refund. Thank you.
