Just does not work. I'm trying to buy an international roaming pack which I can only do through the app, and it fails to even log me in. Your terrible app is costing you money that you would be getting if it just worked.

I wanted to switch to boost from another carrier. the only option to purchase an e-sim is via the app. the app doesn't work - it just kicks me back to the main screen instead of processing the payment. Dodging a bullet if the rest of the system works as poorly as the entry door.
